It seems that Compal Communications, the company that will manufacture the Eos for Palm, is ready to release the entry-level smartphone in October 2009. The Palm Eos will be produced about 400,000 to 500,000 units. Meanwhile, the CDMA version of Eos will be shipped in the first quarter of 2010. Stay tuned for more updates.
